Valli Bhavireddy believes every community has stories worth telling—and she has built a career finding creative ways to make people stop, listen, and connect with them. A content creator, entrepreneur, and strategic storyteller, Valli has built a digital community of more than 1.2 million followers by creating content rooted in authenticity, people, and the experiences that bring communities together.

She is the founder of Sandlight Studios, a Palm Springs–based storytelling and workforce development company that works with businesses, nonprofits, and educational organizations across the Coachella Valley. Through Sandlight, Valli helps organizations move beyond simply talking about what they do to showing why their work matters. Her approach combines storytelling, digital media, and community engagement to elevate local voices, capture meaningful experiences, and help mission-driven organizations connect more deeply with the people they serve.

Her areas of expertise include strategic storytelling, digital content, marketing and communications, social media, and community engagement. Valli holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands. Originally from India, she moved to the Coachella Valley in 2022 to pursue higher education and quickly found a community—and a place—she now proudly calls home. She is especially passionate about discovering local changemakers, amplifying voices that deserve to be heard, and using storytelling to create connection and belonging.
