Inspired by Blue Zones Project Palm Springs, The Sukha Life launches Live Long, Live Easy, a free 10-Week community well-being series
PALM SPRINGS, CA — Blue Zones Project Palm Springs has partnered with The Sukha Life to launch Live Long, Live Easy, a groundbreaking, free 10-week transformation series designed to help community members explore the Blue Zones Power 9® principles through intentional, sustainable lifestyle practices.
Rooted in the research behind the world’s longest-living populations, Live Long, Live Easy translates the Power 9 principles — including Move Naturally, Plant Slant, Downshift, Positive Pack, and Loved Ones First — into immersive, experience-based gatherings that support physical, emotional, and social well-being. The series emphasizes gentle, lasting change through connection, reflection, nourishment, and movement.
“Live Long, Live Easy is about creating opportunities for our community to come together around well-being,” said Blue Zones Project Palm Springs’ Executive Director, Mihai Patru. “Through our partnership with The Sukha Life, we’re bringing the Power 9 principles into welcoming, real-world experiences that support connection, belonging, and healthier lives for all.”
Lisa Botts, Founder and Owner of The Sukha Life, added, “At The Sukha Life, we believe well-being doesn’t come from doing more, but from living with greater intention and presence. This collaboration with Blue Zones Project Palm Springs allows us to guide people back to what truly matters—purpose, connection, nourishment, and community—through experiences that feel supportive, grounding, and deeply human.”
Hosted at The Sukha Life studio in Palm Springs, the series begins February 9 and runs through April 13, with weekly gatherings that blend education, mindful practices, and social connection. Each session highlights a core Blue Zones principle through thoughtfully designed experiences, including:
